We’re all headed to Indianapolis for Gen Con in a few weeks, and we’ve got most of our schedule laid out.
Our biggest news, of course, is that we’ll be celebrating the release of Primeval Thule! Well, we’ll probably still be waiting on physical books to be delivered from our printer, but the PDF will be out by then, and it will be a good time to celebrate. On Thursday night at the Con, we’d like to raise a glass with anyone who’d like to join us. It’ll be after we’re done running a Sasquatch Sighting for therpgacademy.com, which should wrap up around 9pm. We’re not sure where yet, but if you are interested, send us a note at info@sasquatchgamestudio.com and we’ll work out the details.
Once we’ve sent our Thule files to the printer, we’ll have the time to focus on another one of our projects – a boardgame we like to call Ultimate Scheme! It’s a worker-placement game of global domination! We’ve got four slots at the First Exposure Playtest Hall (details at www.dexposure.com) to show off an early version of the game and get some feeback on it, too. Stop in if you are interested in a demo, as we’ve got four 2-hour slots: 1pm Thursday and Friday, 3pm Saturday, and 10am Sunday.
We’ll also be set up in our booth with our friends from Kobold Press. Look for Sasquatch Game Studio on the Gen Con master map to locate us – we’re near, but for some reason not in, Entrepreneur Alley. Please feel free to stop by and chat with the Sasquatches about Primeval Thule or Ultimate Scheme, or just say hi!
